Casting actors for the following characters:
Emeka, 50: Attractive and quietly charismatic. Self-assured without being showy. Observant, measured and naturally commanding.
Tochukwu, 60s: Possibly frail-looking. Quiet and weathered, with a sense of having lived a hard life. Understated but not weak.
Manjo, 60s: Frail-looking but spirited. More expressive and personable than Tochukwu. Has a wryness and warmth about him.
Mama Julius, 38: Bubbly, chatty and sharp. A shrewd businesswoman who is socially intelligent and knows how to read people. Warm but always calculating.
Oji, 65: Spritely and genial. Warm, approachable and good-humoured.
Uchenna, 65: A red-cap chief. Intelligent and stern, but fair and principled.
Oke, 62: Quiet and reserved. An older man with a grounded, unassuming presence.
